Say goodbye to small farming communities, to the “farmer markets”, to children selling lemonade at the lemonade stands, to individual rights, to your personal property and say, hello to communism (collectivism), welcome State control and big Government.
This is there goal!
United Nations = World President
American Union, European Union, Pacific Union, African Union
State (Mayors, Govenors, Senators and, Congressmen with no control over the purse) and Regions
We the People (NO VOICE!)
Is everyone aware that Obama says, “the American people not only want National defense, but a civil one too?” I don’t recall the American public wanting this. Obama wants to enforce and require all 18-25 year olds to get civil training! Why?? Does he think we’ll have civil unrest when we lose the dollar and switch to international currency?? He says things and make it seem this is what we want. He’s very smooth and clever how he speaks that people don’t even notice it!! Ron Paul 2012!!
It seems to me that both republicans and democrats are trying to lower our rating from AAA to AA on purpose. I personally think that increasing the spending on both sides is a strategy to convince the people to switch to a global currency. Its all organized!! Little by little destroying America.Obama says, “We’re not half way there, yet.” What’s he referring to? Globalism? Switch to a the international currency?
@MrBigEnchilada
Also, your credit rating goes up if you borrow money and pay it back on time with no problems. If you do the opposite it goes down. And even if you don’t borrow any money it can be lower than if you were to borrow money and pay it back.
@MrBigEnchilada
Thus, in essence, both Republicans and Democrats agreed that the government would have to pay, but they played politics until the last minute about how exactly that would be done. Dems wanted to raise the debt ceiling and raise taxes (I think). Republicans on the other hand, wanted to pay for already existing debts by cutting social spending and not allowing the treasury to borrow more.
Sorry if my explanation is weak, I’m still trying to make sense of the situation.
@MrBigEnchilada
uhhhh, no. the debt ceiling was not raised in order to allow for future spending, it was raised so that the treasury would be authorized to make payments (ie social security) that congress already promised to pay. The issue at hand is not that the US would refuse to keep borrowing, it was that the US would not fulfill its promises to make payments it already agreed to. If you do the same thing as an individual, your credit rating goes down.
The whole idea of downgrading the U.S. credit rating if we cant raise the debt ceiling is a logical FALLACY.
it’s like saying, hey look, if i can just get a new credit card and raise my debt ceiling, then i can borrow more money and my credit score will not go down!!! (ya it doesnt work this way)
@mr82769 “If I go smash a window I will add to the GDP.”
Not unless someone pays you to do it. Glad to see even with the definition of the word, you are unable to grasp this
“try and open a book”
How about a dictionary? “gross domestic product: NOUN: Abbr. GDP: The total market value of all the goods and services produced within the borders of a nation during a specified period.”
As I don’t have my English-to-Douchebagese dictionary handy, why don’t we just stick to the ACTUAL meaning of words?
@Draanor I didn’t tell you to do anything…..this is why labels are retarded….you have assumed I fit some narrow-minded archetype for which you feel a deep seeded prejudice…when in reality I have vastly differing opinions, on a broad range of political issues….just like most humans
@itachi705 ahh so you did watch the zeitgeist, it wasnt that particular video i cant remember but how can you watch those videos and still say its bull shit?? i just cant understand that?
those videos are hrs long with nothing but pure facts back to back to back.. its like watching Super Size Me and saying the movie was bullshit, like what??? lol how ignorant can you get? simply being in denial is no solution for anything.
but with this monetary system, machines taking over is a bad thing. (when clearly they do more work done faster, more accurate, and for free) but one problem, they are taking over human jobs. and as i said before you take out 1 from the back bone of our system(employer>employee>consumer), the whole thing fails. we have too many jobs that humans do that machines can replace, its pretty ridiculous. thats what i mean by money holding us back.
Bernanke has this on his iPod.
@itachi705 “Now tell me how something that makes modern life possible as well as gives humanity the capability to progress is the opposite of what humans need”
we dont need war, which causes stress which causes health problems and violence, for 1.
we do need abundance of resources which is the enemy of our monatary system.
we dont need humans doing jobs like standing with a sign on their shoulders promoting a store for a quick buck,
hell we need machines to take over most of our jobs today!
@itachi705 you cant say we obtained all those things including a lightbulb simply because they all wanted profit! what about leonardo devinchi who also made huge contributions like trying to make flying devices, that we eventually turned into reality today. he made NO profit, we are naturally curious and ambitious. all those thing were made with profit in mind because WHAT OTHER CHOICE DO YOU HAVE? in a world were all humans work together to help each other out we could do away with money altog
@itachi705 your just thinking that because of the monetary system is the way things have always been. so i suppose people who volunteer to go to africa to help the starving is capitalism again.. people can make this that benefit everyone w/o the need for money in return (thats w/o the monetary system that is) like people who make apps that benefit everyone who downloads them can make them free w/o problems. its only because with this system we need money just to continue living.
@kirox777 You will always profit more by selling (and in some cases stocking) all your diamonds, and so will every producer out there.
You got that bullshit info from Zeitgeist: Addendum, didn’t you?
@kirox777
You produce diamonds and it is profitable for you that the price in the market goes up. If you destroy your diamonds instead of selling them in the market, the price will go up, but this extra gain will be divided among every diamond out there, not just yours. However, if you sell them, the price of diamonds will go down, but for everyone. It makes no economic sense to destroy your own property so that everyone gets to sell theirs at a more expensive rate.
@festdir If I go smash a window I will add to the GDP. That doesnt mean the country got any wealthier… Maybe you should try and open a book.
@kirox777 There is no profit in burning fresh oranges, doing that would be counter-productive. You have no idea how supply and demand, or even an economy for that matter, works at all.
@kirox777 Now tell me how something that makes modern life possible as well as gives humanity the capability to progress is the opposite of what humans need.
“why not give all those oranges WE dont need to people that DO!”
Why would you give them rotten oranges?
If there was an excess of FRESH oranges, then their price drops and producers have to lower the prices if they want to sell them, allowing poor people to but more oranges, this way they can sell their oranges to the poor and profit.
@kirox777 “it was made for solving problems HUNDREDS OF YEARS AGO! ”
Almost everything that was ever invented to solve a problem, be it a product or service, is the result of capitalism, including all the paid products and services you see today. The electronic computer, the cell phone, the smartphone, the light bulb, cleaning products, pest removal, taxis, etc. the list goes on. These weren’t around “Hundreds of years ago.” Your Iphone, hard drive, Wi-Fi, etc. came from capitalism.
@kirox777 Are you really this fucking stupid?
“so you mean the idea of cutting the time in half of getting from point A to point B had nothing to do with it?”
Hey dumbass, it’s called incentive. People wanted a faster way to get to point A to point B than with a horse and buggy. Profit motive allows businessmen and inventors to invest in making products and services that serve these wants and competition also makes them better and costs lower.
@itachi705 some goes for diamonds, they dont rot! but they burn diamonds at the Kimberly Diamond Mine to maintain scarcity… why? you guess it *profit* it increases the prices of the diamonds that way. this is what our monetary system promotes! you STILL dont see it? abundance in the enemy of our (failing) system. are we just going to sit back and watch ourselves ruin our planet and everything on it? no cuz your all to busy watching jersey shore or some dumb shit smh. its sad.
@itachi705 omg “You are a moron. They burn the leftovers because oranges rot. Jesus.” THERE ARE MILLIONS OF STARVING CHILDREN ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!
“The deadliest form of violence is poverty” -Gandhi
why not give all those oranges WE dont need to people that DO!
@itachi705 “the only reason we have cars at all is profit”?? so you mean the idea of cutting the time in half of getting from point A to point B had nothing to do with it? -__- your not getting my point here.. yes capitalism, the monetary system did help a lot, BACK THEN. it was made for solving problems HUNDREDS OF YEARS AGO! its not something you can understand just by reading my comments its something you must ponder yourself. this system promotes everything the OPPOSITE of what is human need
